This spacious and beautiful seafront bordering beach house is situated in Suiderstrand, a very popular holiday destination ideal for nature lovers and those desiring a quiet break. Suiderstrand is situated 5 km from the small coastal town of L`Agulhas and borders the Cape Agulhas National Park. This particular house is surrounded by beautiful fynbos, features spectacular birdlife and is situated very close to several secluded beaches. Both living areas as well as all four bedrooms have wide sliding doors which either open on balconies or the front deck below, all offering spectacular uninterrupted views of the sea, less than 200 metres away from the house. The house has an open plan living area downstairs featuring a fireplace, as well as a living area upstairs containing a seating area, pool table and even a piano, making it suitable for generations of different ages to holiday together peacefully. There are four bedrooms, three of which are each equipped with a double bed. The main bedroom upstairs has a full ensuite bathroom. There are two further bathrooms downstairs, one of which is wheel -chair friendly, as well as an extra guest toilet on the top floor. The deck and fenced front garden are sheltered against inclement weather. There is a large mobile barbeque and firewood is also supplied. Pets are only allowed by special prior arrangement.
