This Apartment is only 500m from the main beach and approximately 200m from all the amenities Struisbaai has to offer and has great sea views.

Erika was my father’s dream, built in central Struisbaai, only 500 m from the swimming beach and about 200m from the shops and restaurants. It has a very large plot with a beautiful fynbos garden and milkwood trees. There are 3 units, Erika, Annies and Fagans, rented out separately or together.
This unit is on the upper level and offers the following:

The main entrance is on ground level, but the front part of the house appears to be double story, with good seaviews.
There are 3 double bedrooms, and a double bed sleeper couch, and single bed divan in the very large lounge area, making it suitable for 9 people.
Linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
We have extra beds available should you need it for 2 more guest. (Please arrange prior)
The unit offers 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is an en-suite to one of the three bedrooms.

An exceptionally large lounge and dining room area with an open plan kitchen, which gives an utmost feeling of space, peace and tranquility. It is decorated with the beautiful paintings of my mother, Annie van Graan, who was a well known artist in this area. There is also an indoor braai in the lounge. A lovely big braai area awaits you under the trees down in the large fynbos garden.
This unit has great sea views.
The TV has an OVHD decoder.
Wi -Fi is also available on the premises.
