Esprit da Sea is a free-standing, 3-bedroom house which is ideal for 6 guests looking for a tranquil, self-catering breakaway. This holiday home is located in the charming seaside village of Dwarskersbos, in the West Coast.

The house is is fully furnished, and the main bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a walk-in shower, and a toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The second bathroom is shared between 2 rooms, and features a shower and toilet. The kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, an oven and a stove, a microwave, a tumble-dryer and a washing machine.

There is a dining area with a table and seating that seats 6 persons. The lounge features a TV with EasyView DStv viewing, but the full package can be arranged for a cost. The living area leads out onto a patio area, which contains a built-in a braai facility.

A secure, lock-up garage is available for 2 vehicles to park in. Esprit da Sea is located a 2-minute walk from the beach, and is a drive from a few shops and restaurants in Velddrif.

The DStv easy view package is active but guests are welcome to rent the full package from the owner at R35.00 per day.
Final payment is due 2 weeks before your arrival date.
The security deposit will be refunded to you within 10 working days of the return of the keys.

- You cannot allow more people to stay in the property than expressly authorised, nor can you take your pet into the property. If you do so, we can refuse to hand over the property to you, or can require you to leave it. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancellation of the booking by you.

- You will be asked to complete a personal information document and provide us with a copy of your ID document

House Rules:
- No parties or events
- Respect the neighbors as this is a residential area no loud music are allowed.
- No smoking in the unit
- Not suitable for pets
- Please bring own towels and toiletries
- Check in time between 14:00 and 18:00 on weekdays and between 10:00 and 14:00 Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays
- Check out time: 10:00
